Build another enduring memory with your family and friends as we gather in the majestic setting of Centennial Square at Pasadena City Hall for an unforgettable celebration everyone will love – the Pasadena Symphony and POPS annual FREE gift of music to the community. This year’s MUSIC UNDER THE STARS will celebrate great American musical icons with brilliant vocalists LISA VROMAN, CHRISTINA SAFFRAN, NORMAN LARGE, THE DONALD BRINEGAR SINGERS, and the musicians of the Pasadena Symphony and POPS .
The Pasadena Symphony and POPS is comprised of an ensemble of Southern California’s most talented and in-demand musicians. With extensive credits in film, television and recordings, the artists of the Pasadena Symphony and POPS are the most heard in the world. They come together, here in Pasadena, to form a super-virtuoso symphony, performing beloved classics and popular favorites as only they can.
Before the concert, join us for family-fun activities in Centennial Square beginning at 5:30 pm! We will have a musical instrument petting zoo, musical activities with Jamie Shaheen, gourmet food trucks (Pie ‘n Burger, Lobsta Truck, Let’s Roll It and Hungry Nomad), and more!
Guests can bring low-backed chairs, food and picnicking supplies to enjoy this outdoor concert. Chairs will also be available to rent for $3.
